About Us

The operation behind TrioRCM

A credentialing-focused operation built around one thing: getting providers credentialed, enrolled, and re-credentialed without the usual delays.

TrioRCM is a credentialing-focused operation built around one thing: getting providers credentialed, enrolled, and re-credentialed without the delays that typically slow the process down.

Credentialing sits between a practice and its revenue. A provider who isn't enrolled can treat patients but can't bill. Every week spent on disorganized documentation and unanswered follow-ups is revenue deferred — and too often, lost.

What we do

We manage the full credentialing lifecycle for providers and practices — data collection, documentation, payer enrollment applications, follow-up, enrollment confirmation, and re-credentialing. We also keep the underlying registries and portals current: CAQH, PECOS, NPI/NPPES, and Availity.

How we work

Every engagement runs through the same proven process. We take a structured intake, build a complete credential, package it for each payer, submit and track applications, follow through until enrollment is confirmed, and then keep the cycles from lapsing. Providers always know what's been done and what's next.

What we don't do

We don't sell medical billing or claims services, and we don't promise outcomes only payers can deliver. We focus on credentialing and enrollment — the stage before claims — and we're honest about what each payer controls.

Our system, in short

The process that runs every engagement

  1. 01

    Data Collection

We gather the provider's identity, contacts, licensing, education, training, and work history through a structured intake.

  2. 02

    Documentation

Supporting documents are requested, collected, and organized — with completeness tracked against each payer's requirements.

  3. 03

    Application to Payer

Enrollment applications are prepared from the completed credential and submitted through the applicable payer process.

  4. 04

    Follow Up

Applications are tracked through review — questions answered, corrections handled, and the file kept moving.

  5. 05

    Ensure Enrollment

We confirm the enrollment is active and effective so the provider can begin billing that payer.

  6. 06

    Re-Credentialing

Credential and enrollment cycles are tracked so renewals happen before coverage lapses.
